I started reloading for mine.
I can't afford not to reload with this caliber as ammo typically cost about $2 per round.
Not counting my time or cost of brass, I can reload for about $0.35 per round using high quality hunting cast bullet.
I plan on shooting mine a lot so I have to reload.
sweet!

I'd love to have that problem........shooting so much I need to re-load. Not quite there yet.
So I picked up my new to me Marlin1895g 45-70 rifle today and couldn't be happier. It appears to be mechanically sound and the wood on the stock is in great shape. Can't wait to get it out to the range.
