I just bought two off of Gunbroker and had them shipped to Dade city. 25.00 for each on,not a penny more.
from what i understand if the gun is in florida and the transfer is from a florida ffl to a florida ffl no harm no foul. it is on guns purchased out of state and sent into florida. Will check with my buddy tomorrow to see if it is a state thing or a county thing. My buddy owns that peticular shop in South Tampa and is a stand up guy. Not out to rip anyone off, but is not gonna cut any corners either. Just bought 2 rifles from him, waiting on them to come in. He is 100 times better than the "other guy" we have down here in S. Tampa. Charging $20.00 for call ins, sold me some guns out of his shop, cash, off the books. WTF. Look at cars---how many times the state is collecting sales tax on 1 car. Everytime it is sold, unless it is gifted to someone, they are collecting sales tax. what a crock of :sheet
