I wouldn't want to judge whether I liked American cars by only driving a Pinto, so I hope you won't judge whether you like traditional muzzleloaders by only shooting a Traditions......

Now that's good advise!!!! Hold out for a deal on a "higher end" ML! I had a CVA and it shot great, think they run around $300-400 new now. Personally I'd hit every Pawn shop I drove by and you can probably find a better smoke pole at a great deal since there aren't alot of "kitchen table" gun dealers or "gun flippers" looking or interested in ML's for $100-300 per gun profit...
