Looking to go catch a redfish on topwater? When is the best time to go looking for this and what should I be throwing?

Early and late. Zara spooks, top dog and mirror lures is what I toss usually

My best producer for reds has been a chug bug in a mullet pattern or red/white. Don't know why but I've never done well with reds on "walk the dog" style lures.
