hopefully he was wearing eye protection, coulda shot his eyes out. I'm sure he did a finger count after that mess.

wow... i saw a vid once of two rounds going off at the same time in a s&w revolver, basically did what carlos said, smacked the guy in the head and knocked him loopy for a couple seconds. also it was a mis alignment with the cylinder and the barrel. if the cylinder isn't tight and there is wiggle room you can also get shrapnel from rounds fired, but that seems like a different scenario all together. that would suck.

I've seen something like this once before, when reloading if the primer is not set correctly and if the cylinder is rotated quickly it firse the round and if the bullet has no where to go it explodes the brass and will ignite the next also...

I have those Pictures or the very same scenario
what is the Make of that gun if its the same as the one I have info on
The Company needs contacted If not all ready
I will follow up with the entire story as CRS got me at the moment
that could have been a 45LC squeezed in a 45acp
But the story I read about there was a Good explanation
I don't remember if it was a Over sized Bullet or what
