On the right end you step in to the cart the handle will sit right at you waste. I use to use it to car gear thru lake winder from the bay boat right at boot height. approximately 50-75 yards of water. upgraded to air boat. wheel were from Harbour fright
deer will float easy to pull with out anything if theres water.
