I am late replying to this topic and was kinda of curious how you made out? Those rubs are definitely a sign of a dominant buck who would be pretty clever in not showing himself even during the rut. He has not survived this long without a good reason. I have my fingers crossed that you outsmarted him..please let us know how you made out?
