That is a very young bull. He won't be much more than a 5x4, maybe a 5x5. He is skinny too. Hope his daddy walks by you

if that bull or his mommy and daddy or his son or daughter walks out there will be arrows flying. your allowed to take any elk with your bow tag..

now i will wait if a cow and cafe come in on the first couple days but not on that bull.

Sorry if I implied that I would pass on him. I would not either. When I went to Colorado, they told me not to pass on any legal bull since it was my first time out west. I ended up killing a 700 pound cow. I am just hoping you get a shot opportunity at a bigger one than that because Oregon is known for very large elk :clap:

ill be happy just to see one at all.

two years ago my fatherinlaws brother drew a gun tag and shot a huge 7x7 or 7x6 ive got pics somewhere if i find it ill post it up.
