Take you yak out tarpon fishing it is awesome. Try around Honeymoon Island in Dunedin you will be hooked.
Blacktips, lemons, and a few others are GREAT tablefare, but as the other guys have mentioned....they lack a urine bladder so they urinate through their skin. Whenever I'm keeping a shark for eating, I give it a few love taps with some sort of "attitude adjusting tool" and then gut it immediately. The heart is always thumping when I pull it out. I've also found that if helps if you remove that tissue that runs along the spine inside the body cavity as well as the guts. Cut it into steaks, marinate with italian dressing, salt and pepper and toss 'em on the grill.

i pulled some out of the freezer last night, lemon pepper seasoning, baked it in the oven covered in orange slices, it was great.
