You can even smokem up than freeze them. When you pull them out put them in the oven on low heat. Not as good as fresh but it works.

Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

thanks I am getting better at fileting them , its not a good day for the smoker,so I will just wait till I have enough for big smoke out

I wish Google Maps had an "Avoid Ghetto" routing option
I disagree with Kay Jewelers. I would bet on any given Friday or Saturday night more kisses begin with Miller Lite than Kay.

i went out saturday night. saw a few snook coming out from under the pier and hitting bait, just not hitting my bait. got one bump down in the shallows. ill try again next weekend.
