Haha, when I worked on the charter boats, we had tons of Asians and Hispanics that would come to the docks for the fish heads at the end of the trip. Even those guys didn't want those oily fish....but lemme tell ya, the Haitians will eat any damn thing. I used to catch jack crevalle while I was filleting fish and sell them to them for $5 a fish!
