Using someone elses tree stand or someone using yours.

if your gonna just climb in some elses stand any way, you shouldnt look down on that one that just is too close to the road, or just doesnt seem like a likely spot to you, you could be surprised,,,,,,,,, i know a guy who consitently gets game , nice game, year after year from a stand site that other "knowlegable and skilled " hunters look at and say the same thing

Good points.. I just wanted to get an idea of what to do if i saw someoen in my stand.. i didnt know how to go about seeing somone in my stand without my permission. And yea your right.. someone who leaves a climber on a tree is a little stupid imo. Funny cause i had locked hogmans stand on a tree over night and i guess someone got mad cause they were gonna use it and unlatched all the clips .. i took one climb and the bottom strap fell out.. Yes i should of looked but dam.. how can someone be that mean. lol.. i guess they got all prepped and then figured out it was locked with a cable and just started messing with it.. or maybee they tried to steel it and didnt put the clips back on.. anyway i was pissed..

nothing happened.. i thought i told you..? Man i had it locked down.. i left the stand at 7 pm and went back at 6am and i was like wtf? BUT I USED YOUR LOCK! i would of never left it without a lock! Last time i used it i took it out of the woods cause i didnt have a lock..
