I know.. i thought i told you what happend tho.. I told kyle and he was like what the heck. they unlatched the little circle clips that hold the pins in and left the pins all the way up so one wrong move would pop the pins out.. I was hunting a fence line.. my back was twards private property and i was hunting the scrup (legal wma) the tree was on wma land about 10 fet from the fence line.. maybee they thought i was trying to hunt their land.. lol.. i know rackman said they got a feeder back there... and everything i heard was coming from in back of me.. but i didnt care casue i could not shoot it anyways..
i had someone try and steal one of my ladder stands this year,,,,,,,,,,,, about 3rd week of bow,,,,,,,, i was climbing up into one of my stands,,,,,,,,, and it was wobbly as hell,,,,,,, i got to the top and my ratchet strap was gone,,,,, i found it down on the ground, thrown about 10 feet back,at the back of the tree,,,,,,,,, and the pins pulled out of the ladder section joints.i guess they got the strap loosened before they noticed the cable lock and were pissed when they realised they couldnt get the stand
same here but they got all of my straps. 🙁
yea they got hogman good.. that was bad.
yea, i guess i was lucky and they must have been to damn lazy to remove the other straps and ropes,,,,,,,,, that could have been bad,,,,,,,, really wobbly as i went up to investigate, maybe enough to make me slip., i always strap mine so that the ratchet is more a saftey back up, not the main ways of fastening
