well did all that crap and it still froze up and I had to restart it 👿 😡

ok do this.. go to run.. type in msconfig

click the startup tab.... and uncheck everything. click ok then restart.. then see what happens.

How old?
What make - Dell, HP, etc.
Hard drive capacity
How much RAM memory (right click on "My Computer" and choose "Properties")

What was the last program you installed?

Have you got up-to-date anti-virus? A firewall running?
