i only leave my climber on the tree overnite if i am going back the next day.then it is cable locked to the tree,i am leaving in the dark,and will back in my stand before daylight,i also remove the seat,so i haven't had to chase anyone out of my stand

I do the exact same thing. If its daylight, and the stand is on a tree, im in it
