in georgia , the game warden will accept cam pics, and if a face can be seen and ID made, charges will be filed. I have never confronted anyone on one of my leases. thank god, I usually have my son with me. Not really looking for an armed confrontation with him with me.
i do know a guy that has 5000 acres here in florida, he drives his property quite often. He keeps a 7mm mag in his truck. If he sees people out there that don't belong and he sees them before they see him. he will back-off aways and shoot their radiator and leave. just leave them out there.
you can flaten all the tires.. they you will have time to call the police and they will definitly be there cause it takes long as hell to get a tow from a place that you arent suppost to be on.. and its gonna be hard as hell for the tow truck to find them on private property. lol
