about 80 acres is actual farmland that gets planted the rest is woods going up the weekend to get some pics i'll post when i get them
400 acres is plenty as lo,g as its next to good land. hell one place i hunt is only 18 acres but its next to everglades. everytime i go there i atleast SEE game. havent always came home with some lol. but fun to go when im down that way.
I would love to find land near the glades to live that would be super fine!
you are few counties north of my lease. next year try to get the farmer to leave a few rows next to the woodline clear. then plant some oats and or rye in this "buffer zone" between the woods and the crops. especially if he has planted corn. will be able to see deer better crossing into the fields. just watch your feeders. lol. have to stay 200 yds away from them. been hearing about alot of tickets being wrote this year.
