Does anyone have experince with this group. Good or bad?
No issues with them. You do want to do your homework a little bit...they seem to overprice some of their properties for leasing. They'll usually take a lower offer on a piece that they aren't having luck leasing.
At this late in the season I was thinking the same thing. There are no more bids going on, just set asking prices.
Not entirely true. I know of a group of guys that just got ahold of Rayoneer (Cindy) and offered her a price a good bit lower than the asking price. They accepted it and they're in. That was about 2 weeks ago. Any money they can make on a place is better than the none they're making on it right now.
