That's the big problem we all have not just here in FL but all over the country... there are too damn many laws and regulation on the book. So many that even LEO's and lawyers don't know it all. Every damn agency can make up their own rules/regulations and every politician makes laws as they go along every time something happens... it's like putting a band aid when surgery is needed.
