have never hunted with a slug gun. buck shot alot. gets confusing what to shoot when it comes to slugs. just want to grab a gun, shells and go huntin' ..

They make smooth bore and rifled slug barrels. You also can't shoot buckshot thru a rifled barrel,it will swirl your pattern and be way off.

Well. I kinda got a place to hunt this fall in missouri on the Iowa line. That place has to suck. LOL

OK, So if I get a shotgun with a reg. barrel I can shot bird shot and buck shot out of it?
