I have been wanting an electric cart for some time. I elected to go with the 48 volt with (8) 6 volt batteries instead of (6) 8 volt. We upgraded the wires on the batteries, put a 1000 amp solenoid in it, 6 in lift, 22 in Desert Fox tires, high speed approx 16 hp motor. It runs on level ground right at 25 mph.
