I called them this morning and they told me to send it back to them and they would have a new one shipped to me within a week. The guy I talked to didn't seem too surprised I was having trouble with the game cam.
Well I did get mine to turn on yesterday afternoon. It will only work with my conversion kit and a spring top battery. If I put fresh c-batteries it will not come on. It did manage to work yesterday afternoon thru this morning. I had 111 pics, and they all stored to the card. Had it facing my squirrel feeder. Mostly pics of squirrels and this
I have not gotten a response from WGI, nor from Lacrosse footwear. My $160 snake boots (proudly made in freakin CHINA) wore holes in the inside liner in 3 years. They are outside the warranty, but I personally do not care. I am sick of this Chinese crap being sold in this country and we have to suffer the consequences. I am gonna stay on these 2 companies and take it as far as I need to to get satisfaction
I've got two WGIs cameras that the flash quit working on both of them in 3 wks lol. They will never get me to buy another 1 again. I smashed one of them to pieces against a tree and the other one I kept for daylight pics. My moutrie from 4 years ago is still snapping photos like it's brand new, I will never stray from moultrie again.
I bought 2 of the Tasco's ($50 at wal mart) on Friday on my way up. They got a decent review on Chasingame and I saw some pics on GON that were incredible. Well see in 2 weeks how they look
Both of these POS's are being returned.
1st camera, I placed at approx 9am. It proceeded to take a pic every 30 seconds, and the batteries were dead by 3 pm
2nd camera, I placed facing a feeder. It took a few pics of me right after I put it up. Then it took ZERO pics for almost 2 weeks. Then it finally decided to start taking pics on the 16th of the month. I got 62 pics that day, but none before that.
I should have never strayed away from Moultrie. Both of mine have taken well over 100k pics each and no problems other than one screen not working
