Just set the laser to "stun" and you should be ok. Using the laser to disintegrate the animal is not allowed, plus it ruins the meat!

Okie-Dokie so.........then my question would be ----> define "laser sites"(sights ??) For example,a Bushnell Holosight uses a laser to project a image(small red dot)onto the glass sight hood. So does the EOTech. NOTHING actually shines out in front of the sight.

This, as opposed to a simple red diode as used on the other red dot sights.(No laser whatsoever) And....... this, as opposed to a LASER that shines from the weapon to the target animal.

JUST SAYIN' ...................??

Which one are they talkin' about ?? Which one is legal / illegal ??

well I have not found a viable laser with less than a 2 1/2 to 5 mW output, so looks like the FWC covered their asses on that one...lol If you find one for a rifle or shotgun with less than 1 mW output please let me know...doubtful it can be seen very far though.
