laser beam for hunting

Well, let's see what happens..........I sent FWC another email asking about laser beam output, etc. I gotta tell you, some of these FWC officers don't know the laws. My family was at one time keeping Florida box turtles as pets. a certain FWC Lieutenant who shall be anonymous but for first name No name "Charlie" second name.... nameless "Dennis" came to my house, told me could only have one box turtle per family! Regs clearly stated 1 turtle per each member of family! Don't know if laws have changed, but that was law then. Don't know their butt from a rat-hole

as far as I can tell the only lasers w less than 1 mW are airsoft/BB gun lasers...so we will see.

Well......................here we go again. I sent another email to FWC requesting all regulations on using laser beam device, I.E. output, range, etc., they just referred me back to FWC link........WELL, HUH? :911

i say do what you feel is right. and most likely legal. I doubt they will check the laser strength if you got a docs note or a disability.

I have a "Florida resident totally and permanently disabled person hunting and fishing certificate" Hopefully that will be all I need. :toast
