not entirely true for all wma's ( remember this is fla, every wma has different F'n rules) homossasa for example is rimfire only for small game which includes hogs, not so small imo, except Crocks. in N.Y. bullets for hunting deer had to be larger than 22 cal.

you can use shotgun. shotgun is centerfire. in homosassa.

yeah I know. rules don't make sense, no centerfire should rule out shotguns, plus a few rare large bore rifles are rimfire and I'm sure they don't want them.and what about an inline 209 primer, thats kinda centerfire too, at least in terms of ignition.

The rimfire and shotgun rules for hogs and wma's is still kinda new.They really don't care if you don't retireve them or not,they just don't want guys walking around the woods with hi powered rifles during small game season,to many bad apples out there. For deer hunting I always thought as long as it's a centerfire rifle your good.

yeh but it shotgun not a riffle just as the same as my inline loader its a centerfire primer but its not a centerfire riffle.
