no joke kid i do eat them! the meat is as red as beef and cooks up like liver. i'll post some meat pics. grill it fry it do what ever but the meat is acually good. there is also not to much i wont eat thats meat!!
well the morning hunt wasnt so great for me plenty good for the birds who are probally still out of breath from laughin!! well wife got called into work so i couldnt talk her into goin and my partner couldnt go either, so off i went go out neer where they have roostin set up started callin and they sent in a scout let him fly by then 5 mins later they came in first set of two, well three shots and only made one hit the brakes to avoid the wad! was leedin them to far, then they took off a few mins then came in hard and i missed even harder again and again!! i said the hell with it and went and looked for a hog i was just makin the ammo makers happy and the crows were makin a ass out of me! no hogs seen so i went to the house. i havent been wing shootin in almost a year so i need to go to the range and shoot some clays cause man was i out of practice, thankfully there is no video of it!
I did it once,it was a blast. We'd throw the dead crows up and it would drive them crazy. But I was young,I wouldn't do it again because I would never eat them. I respect the fact that you eat the crows,I just don't like killing for the fun of it.
Hunted crows like crazy in Michigan. I love it. I cant believe how many there are down here. They are everywhere.
If you talk to water foul hunters, they will tell you to drop a few for them! Crows eat a lot of baby birds, ducks and others. I will get a few to help out the song birds and water foul. I am not sure I can convince my husband to eat them. He is bothered that they eat dead things.
