There are several hundred acres behind my 5 acres. Nobody lives on it I'm sure there is probably deer in the woods, and I can hear turkey. I'm mostly interested in getting the turkey on my property. I set up a bump feeder. I put it a little closer to the ground so hopefully the turkey might use it. I also modified it by putting a mason jar on the end so wind might catch it and it feed without being dropped. Also I'm hoping the turkeys might eventually hear the cracked corn hitting the tin lid of the mason jar. That's just hoping I guess.
I know peanut butter has a strong scent and will attract deer. What about Turkey? I might put a little on the lid of the mason jar?

Here's a diagram

And here's a video

Any other tips you might have?

You're going to have raccoons and squirrels tearing that thing up.

Yeah kinda afraid of that myself. I don't mind feeding them so long as they don't break it.. I don't think they'll do that.
