sorry, coffee hasn't kicked in yet. how much would I use for a 40 lb dog? and can it be used if the dog is also getting comfortis pills? comfortis seems to work better than advantage.

I'll take your word for it that it works, and I''m all about saving money but 1.47% vs 9.1% is alot weaker concentration, arent you just adding more of a weaker solution? but if it works thats all that matters. after all I use agricultural grade insect repelant to mix my own bug spray

the mixture is diluted but in a larger quantity for way less price. Here is how it works. The little squeeze you have of the $20 fix a month is less ml, but it goes in a spot. the other goes along the back line from tail to head(ruffle the hair and get under it. For a 40# pup i wold say 8-9 ml, but i aint a vet. figure labs range from 45-75 lbs. in the end it is better and all it has to do is get in the skin. with this you still want your heart guard as the chemical works on fleas only when they bite. all in all I just talked in a circle, but think you got the answer. All in all I will use it over the vets stuff for two reasons. one purchase last longer and it doesnt break the bank every three months. $21 i believe for a jug. If you can get the one that does not feed as well :clap
