I went out a few weeks back with my uncle and buddy Justin. We rolled out early and were cruising to the first spot as the sun was rising. We set anchor on a two foot ledge in about 64 foot of water. We were on to a biting frenzy of small gages and snapper when I smashed the first keeper (the 27" to the left). We caught a few more keepers before the bite stopped completely. Even the snapper stopped. We then pulled anchor and started a day that consisted of 8 more spots with no keepers. On the way home we decided to stop back by the first spot and that is where I caught the pretty girl in my left hand. Here is a picture of me to the left and my buddy Justin to the right.
Death toll 5 gages and 1 dumptruck red
