So this next year I am needing to extend my range. I am thinking of a t/c impact or omega with the Nikon Omega scope. I will be hunting over 200 yd foodplots to each side of me, and know the bucks love to come out on the end of the foodplots. Any t/c owners who have this setup can you really shoot this far accurately? My dad, brother, and several friends own these t/c setups but have never been presented with a shot that far yet!
I have a T/C Omega and I love it. It is very accurate and fun to shoot.
i have the t/c encore muzzle loader only shot at 100yds.very accurate with 100grns powder n 240gr 44mag style pistol bullet. when i get a chance will shoot at 200yds n let ya know.
I have the Encore pro hunter its a nail driver at 100 yrds, using the same 240 sabot i use either 100 grns or 2 sticks of, jim shockey american pioneer gold , very clean , 7 shoots without a swab all within 1/2 inch....
