Allen I ended up getting the same rounds I have been hunting with. I shot one time when I got home and dead centered at 50 yards. I'm heading up Fri after I'm done bow hunting here. Gonna finally bring up that load of wood I got from Nacho, wish I had a bottle of his tonic for the trip too. That's a hint Nacho, lol.

I'm not sure if that's the plug I need. This one looks just like mine but it's not for my Remington Genesis. http://www.basspro.com/Traditions%E2%84%A2-Hex-Head-Breech-Plug-Model-A1446/product/94873/78200 I'm good for now with the new CVA. Thanks for the offer Nacho. I'm gonna give it a try with some of these suggestions along with a torch cleaning tip that Hogster ( Kemster )told me to try.

Are you talking about the nipple? The breech plug is the actual end of the barrel. In most cases it screws out. A fouled breech plug can't really prevent ignition so I'm guessing you are refering to the nipple???

Any how, I have never heard of fouling in a nipple so bad it can't be cleaned out manually. Keep at it and if all else fails buy a new nipple and clean it next time.
