Wow, great pics! Brings back good memories. I fished in the river there in Gatlinburg and caught a few small trout using a tiny roostertail spinner. We were staying in a hotel built right on the river, and I was there for a business convention. Skipped one morning and two afternoon sessions to fish. If I'd had a car (rode up with a group) I would have loved to get out to some of the more remote areas. A few years later we went up on vacation and rafted down the Little Pigeon. Saw some trout in some of the eddies and pools of the slower runs.

There's very few people I envy, but you're getting to be one of them!

I like camping at Elkmount. We hike and fish all over the park, just wonderful place for down time.
I'd like to do Hazel Creek before I get too much older. It's getting harder to climb and rock hop as the years go by.
