Does anyone have advice on building and maintaining a worm bed? Would love to have a supply on hand when the grandsons come to visit. It's a shame to waste valuable fishin' time diggin' in momma's flower beds if it can be done a better way. Thanks for any help. Treefarmer

a buddy of mine uses old coolers for his worm beds, the ones with busted hinges. he always has nightcrawlers for fishing. i will try to find out what he puts in them for soil and food and i will get back with you.

My dad used an old utility sink. Drilled holes in bottom and hot glued window screening down. An old piece of plywood for a lid. Use top soil for your base. They absolutely love manure of any sort. Used coffee grounds and fruit. I have so many in my raised garden bed i turn over about 20 with every turn of the rake
