Thanks for the info. Has helped out alot. I have family up in Michigan that wants to come down to Florida and hunt wild hogs. Is there any areas that are not quota and wouldn't be overly crowded to take them. I am looking at any place in Florida.

Right now in most areas small game is open, and most places you can take hogs during small game. But its only open for a few more weeks till turkey season opens. Then nothing is open till next August/September when archery opens.

I was thinking more about the end of this year when we would go.

OOO if your thinkin for end of next year, im assuming around October, November, December area. Thats general gun time. Theres lots of areas open during then (no quota required). Theres a list on myfwc.com that shows all the areas that dont require quotas ---->
