I shot a nice Doe(110) in there in Archery season last season.
I only got one archery hunt for this year in Upper Hills. DEC.19 and 20.
No M/L hunt this year. :confused:

I shot this one during small game with shotgun. I was going after hogs and coyote that day.
Did you see any sign? It has the ML season listed. I hunt ML there every season for the last 5 years. I really like hunting there. It is really hit or miss there. I didnt see anything the whole weekend before and I shot another with this one but it made it to a fence and gone. I must have seen 25 hogs that day.
MUZZLELOADING GUN SEASON:
November 14 through December 6 (Saturdays and Sundays only).
Permit, Stamp and License Requirements - Quota permit, hunting license,
management area permit, muzzleloading gun permit and migratory
bird permit (if hunting migratory birds).
Legal to Take - Deer with at least one antler having 3 or more points (each
point 1-inch or more in length), wild hog, gray squirrel, quail, rabbit,
raccoon, opossum, armadillo, beaver, coyote, skunk, nutria and
migratory birds in season.
Regulations Unique to Muzzleloading Gun Season - In addition to these
regulations, all General Area Regulations shall apply. Only
muzzleloading guns are allowed for hunting, except that centerfire
shotguns are allowed for hunting migratory birds when one or more
species are legal to take (see Migratory Bird section and the current
Migratory Bird Hunting Regulations pamphlet).[/img]

Did you see any sign while you were in there??
I was checking to see what the persimmons and acorns were looking like..Looks like a good crop for both.
I did see 3 deer and some fresh Hog sign.
