The gamers are very upset. Bottom line the whole entire quota system needs to be redone. If this states hunting were run properly, there would be no need for a quota system at all
they should just make ti like jersey.. if thers land that dont have a no hunting sign. hunt. LOL..
One of the farmers I used to kill hogs for had a farm in jersey. He said he had to paint cow on all his cattle With white paint durring deer season.
I am glad they made them non transferable. I watched the same guy hunt through three different seasons this year on one WMA. He ended up killing 13-14 bucks. Had all his nonhunting buddies put in for permits then took theirs. This is on a place I had worked on since I was 12 and I can't even get one permit.
Here is my opinion on what FWC needs to do:
Privatize mgt of WMA to a wildlife management company.
Priority to native Floridians for tag choices.
No out of state permits can be issues until all FL residents are filled
Remove all the ignorant people from this state and send them back to whatever God for saken dump they came from in the first place.
Just my .02, I have seen SFWM and FWC piss away millions on land, have no idea how to manage it or the wildlife on it. It sucks when you grow up around a ranch that you love being on and then the state buys it, screws it up and every dumsazz from three counties is out there shooting at everything that moves.
some of that is stupid and some is correct. just my opinion.
