Question: Buying land inside a National Forest

I would say $93k is way high. The house next to mine in Steinhatchee just sold for $45k. Similar house on similar size property, granted it's in outskirts of a town, not a national forest

Agree that is too high. That is the reason I posted the question because I sometimes tend to overpay for things I like. To me, the fact that is land in a National forest is attractive, but not sure if $93k attractive.

I’ll definitely take a look at the place and see if we want to make and offer and if so, how much. I’m actually not looking for a house or big property. I’m looking for a lot somewhere close to my lease and the Osceola forest (Lake City/Jasper/Gainesville/or close to I-10) with water/electric, etc. where I can set a large camper and came across the listing. Just looking for a weekend property.
