wow.. see its funny when i lock my truck people make fun of me.. When im in a camp i lock my truck and i get made fun of.. In jersey everything is locked up. Its just a habit.

It has happened before. Not to me personally, but to friends of mine, and not at that particular ramp. Happens a lot in the Keys and on some of the more out-of-the-way ramps on lakes and rivers around the state.

I have launched at both the Sanford Marina and the 17-92 bridge, never had a problem at either one although I felt the Marina was safer for some reason.
