I put in for local area even with high quota count. But all local areas sell out first round. You need a point to draw any permit around Otown. I meet allot of south Florida hunters on the local permit hunts.
You know if there 150 permits there's only about 75 hunters on any typical day.
It simple if I draw a gun this year I wont next year. That's just the way this suck a77 system works.
I guess what I meant was are you putting the same choices (hunt #) in straight down the list? So slots 1 thru 5 would be the same hunt? That's the way I do it for my hunts and most years I get what I want. Not the uber doober massive number of quota places either. Places like Jennings Forest, Belmore, Bradwell Unit etc...

Might be wrong...but wouldn't that mean if you don't get #1, then it's full and you darn sure won't get 2-4 ???
If your filling in all 5 the same your wasting your time. Meaning filling in one line with say hunt 12057 is the same as filling in all with 12057.
Is that how it works?
