It is a special opportunity WMA
You have to pay an application fee to apply for it, and if you get drawn you have to pay for the permit
There are 4-5 WMA's in the state that are like that. Very big deer in all of them. State record buck came out of GSW

I actually grew up hunting out there before the state bought it, since then I have been out there a few times and taken some nice deer. Which hunt do you have?
