Apalachicola and Wilderness Areas?

Can some one explain the rules for the Wilderness areas? I know you have to walk in, but are you allowed to hunt them? If hunting is allowed, is it hand to antler or are rocks and sticks allowed? The way I read the map, hunting should be allowed.

One place said not vehicles and the next site added carts to the list.
