Cooked this up tonight with cubed and angel hair. Tasted great. Only advice I'd give is to fry up more than you need cause 1/2 of it didn't make it to the oven. 😀

I've never had cubed steak come out so tender. Got enough left over for lunch tomorrow. :clap

You gotta watch out with that cube steak, though, and not eat too much. Those tenderizing machines tend to impart bad stuff into the meat. In order to save you the problems associated with consuming such unhealthy fare, I'll gladly make a trip over your way and empty that freezer for you! Thankfully I have a genetic immunity to the bad stuff in cube steak, and can consume as much as I want! :mrgreen:
