Step 1: Shoot a hog and remove it's front leg.
Step 2: clean said leg and season it with BBQ seasoning. Then wrap tightly in tin foil (twice).
step 3: pre heat oven to 250 degrees and place inside
step 4: find something to do for the next 6 hours ( I drink beer during this time.)
Step 5: remove from oven and unwrap carefully. It will be steaming!
Step 5: grab the bones, they will fall right out of the meat.
Step 6: take a fork and gather all the meat into a bowl. This is challenging after 12 beers cause all the meat falls apart when stabbed with a fork.
Step 7: Add your favorite BBQ sauce, mix, and enjoy. I put it on a fresh bun for some great juicy sandwiches. ENJOY

Doesn't seem to affect it. Last night I went cheap and drank bush light. :toast
