1 Backstrap-sliced thin 1/4"
Season strap pieces and bread in Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Fry quickly in canola oil. Place pieces in bottom of crock pot(set on low)

Once all pieces are in there, add 1 jumbo jar of spaghetti sauce. I used Ragu traditional flavor.
Chop 3 cloves of garlic and place in
Season with fresh basil and oregano
Let meat simmer in sauce for 2-3 hours. The longer it simmers, the more tender it will get.

30 minutes before supper time:
Add an entire gag of grated parmesan cheese on top, and put lid back on.
Cook pasta of your choice. I used penne pasta.
When pasta is done, spoon meat/sauce mixture over top of pasta. Top with another glob of cheese

Sorry for the pic quality. Snapped them with my cell camera

Looks good but I like mine crispy. Try just pounding down a thicker piece fry it, then put it in the oven with some cheese on it till melted. Then set it on the sauce YUMMMMMMM

This would work with cubed also wouldn't it? Got a ton of cube steak and looking for some other ways to cook it up.
