Chili....Venison Chili that is. I need some cold weather to make a batch, I just can't bring myself to make or eat it unless its cold outside. I was thinking about switching it up and making a batch of texas style chili this time around but this might be my last chance based upon our weather lately, who knows if we will get another cold blast like this. So, the beans are going in and its going to be a large pot, need to store some away in the freezer as an addition to other meals later in the year.
don't recall crown being in the recipe. I'll have to get GB to give you some of my hot pepper powder, put some in my pulled pork gravy this am, couldn't taste it then but am now sweating like a ****** writing a bad check.

ssshhhh....secret ingredient....keeps the cook happy. That syrup bottle in the pic has some hot sauce I made using L2H's recipe. I put that in at the end, if I used it midway, it would burn everything down.
I dont see any jalapenos and cheddar cheese
