This is a great recipe that I have used a few times and feel is worthy of sharing. Pinapple juice will tenderize meat and puts i nice twist on the traditional pulled pork.

Wild hog (ham or shoulder)
Pineapple juice (big can)
Jamaican jerk marinade (1 bottle)

Take the ham or shoulder and poke tons of holes in it with a fork. Place meat in a container or zip lock bag. Then shake the pineapple juice up good and dump it over top of the meat. Refrigerate for 24 hours. After 24 hours, drain the pineapple juice from the container/bag. Add Jamaican jerk marinade to the container/bag and marinade for 8-12 hours. Then place meat with marinade in crock pot. Cook on low 7-8 hours. When it is done take only the meat out and place in a bowl. Pull with fork till all is shredded. Then add juice in the crock pot to the meat until desired moisture content is reached.

Wild boar can be substituted with farm raised pork.
Jamaican jerk marinade can be substituted with Caribbean jerk marinade.

I have used pineapple, onion, peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt, Cajun and vinegar but i dont know if i like Jerk flavor.

I put all this on top and seal in foil pan air tight and put on smoker do not drain juice. Use it make a sauce when it done.
