I did a shoulder roast off of the big hog from a few months ago.Made pulled pork and it Came out perfect. Some of the best Ive ever done

Also did some ribs from the hog I killed the other day plus some others in the freezer


Also did a whole ham from a small one from last season. No pic of that one. I deboned it and cut into chunks, to use in brunswick stew later
My "guest" canceled so I have a lot of food to vacuum seal and put in the freezer

seriously when i come over next week we gotta eat.. you got all this good cooking at your house and when im there.. NOTHING!!.. LOL
