boston butt and a wild pork ham going on the smoker
whipped up a homemade marinade yesterday and let the meat sit in it all night
Marinade:
rosemary
cilantro
garlic cloves
red onion
course salt
black pepper
cayenne pepper
grape fruit
olive oil
put all that in the food processor and smeared all over meat, put meat in xx large ziploc and put in fridge over night
Here is a couple shots of it going on the smoker
