Well...there hasnt been much going on for a while so hows this....does anybody use Stubbs Marinade for beef on their venison....Try this out....cut a backstrap or whatever into small strips....a couple of thousand will do cuz these things are delicious and if you cook em at the camp....it seems like theres never enough....anyway, marinate em in a plastic freezer bag in stubbs beef marinade for about two days....then I use the canned jalapeno peppers from Wally world and cut the peppers in strips also....the strips of meat and peppers can be about 1/2 inch by the length of a pepper....anyhow roll them up with enough good smokehouse type bacon to hold them together and pin em up with some plain jane wood toothpics.....put em on a charcoal grill and cook em until the bacons done....Man.....I am telling you you will make yourself sick you will eat so many of these things......try it....good stuff....OH Yeah.....dont forget the beer. If anybody wants to make sure they are doing it right....let me know and I will come test them for you....

Add a little bit of cream cheese in the also before you wrap it. Yummy
yeah let me know where and when and my fat a$$ will be there. that sounds good as hell.
Yeah....these things are unbelievable good.....got to use the stubbs marinade though.....which is also real good on a T-bone steak for the grill....great flavor and really tenderizes....best I have found yet. We always bring a bunch to camp with us for everything....
Also real easy is to just marinate some venison tenderloins in the stubbs for two days and cook till medium rare on the charcoal grill. You have to try it to believe how good this stuff is...
Forgot to mention, also wrap the tenderloins in bacon when cooking for a little fat...
