Winn Dixie has yard bird on sale this week. Bout 15 pounds going now. When thats done I have about 20 pounds of sausage to throw on

Looks great. I smoked a Steelhead fillet yesterday afternoon for the race today. No race, but plenty of refreshments, and the Steelhead is out of this world.
